At Northern Belle Event Planning, LLC we offer you an Ala Carte Menu that will alleviate your worries for your special event. If all you need is a few items to complete your day we have just that. Below you will find our individual pricing for your extra needs to make your special event memorable.

For the couple who desires to keep their special day small and intimate, this package will exclusively be for you. Alaska, in all its beauty and splendor, provides unique destinations for your union. Let Northern Belle Event Planning, LLC help make your day become an event you’ll never forget.

* Service for up to 20 guests.
* Help choosing ceremony site- if you haven't already chosen.
* Licensing and permit assistance.
* Provide officiant. (if needed)
* Dinner reservations.
* Overnight accommodations reservations.
* Ceremony set-up and clean-up.
* Coordinate all Vendors-
Photographer, Cake, Floral arrangements, transportation of choice.

* Service for up to 100 guests
* Budget Planning
* Venue visit
* Access to all vendors and rentals for coordination
* Timeline for event
* Rehearsal Coordination
* Rehearsal dinner reservation
* Ceremony and reception set-up and clean-up
* On-site coordination of event for up 10 hours

I can come to you and meet all your event needs. With the, Making Memories Across Alaska package, you’ll receive all-inclusive amenities that include locating the desired venue/location, coordinating all vendors, logistics planning and management to ensure all details are completely taken care of, so your event is one to always remember.

This package provides the following:
*3 one-hour personal consultations.
* Service for up to 100 guests.
* Budget Planning.
* Venue/Location selection.
* Execute your ideas and expectations into a design plan/theme.
* Timeline for event.
* Overnight accommodation reservation for event participants. (if needed)
* Rehearsal dinner reservations.
* Rehearsal coordination.
* Ceremony and reception set-up and clean-up.
* On-site coordination during entire event.
*Coordination of all Vendors - Photographer, cake, floral arrangements, Caterer, transportation of choice.
